Product Evaluations

To start the ball rolling, send an email to eval@cspi.com. Let us know your application needs and product-specific interest. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Returns (a.k.a. RMAs) or Warranty Issues

In order to return your product to CSPi you must first obtain an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please send an email to RMA@CSPi.com with product model number, board fault and the serial number of the board. Upon receipt of your RMA request, our support staff will validate the Warranty status of the products based on the serial numbers provided and in its discretion issue an RMA Number.

A CSPi Technical Support Engineer may contact you to troubleshoot the problem prior to the issuance of an RMA.

If you have not used the CSPi portal in the past, you will need to Sign Up for a support account.

(If you previously had a password on the old Myricom.com support portal, you will need to sign up again. We apologize for the inconvenience but we’re unable to transition encrypted passwords from the old system into this new system.)
