Sales Development Representative (Deerfield Beach, FL)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be partnering with business development, marketing, and sales to nurture and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads through a variety of programs and digital tools and foster new opportunities for growth. The Sales Development Representative will ensure that a consistent pipeline of new, qualified opportunities is developed for our sales teams. The Sales Development Representative will work as the liaison between the Sales and Marketing team and is crucial in driving new business opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  1. Respond to inbound marketing inquiries that are received from various sources such as search engine optimization & marketing, digital advertising, trade shows, and events
  2. Perform outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, lead follow-up and opportunity qualifications
  3. Manage and track leads, track event and marketing activity, and forecast opportunities using
  4. Educate and qualify selling opportunities by understanding the prospects’ current and potential goals
  5. Help support the sales organization by developing qualified leads that generates sales pipeline
  6. Work closely with the sales team to communicate new campaigns and gain feedback on the quality of leads
  7. Set up qualified meetings for the Sales team
  8. Assist with the preparation for customer meetings
  9. Support the proposal and quoting process


  1. Sales experience in IT Solutions using: Network Solutions, Wireless & Mobility, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Data Center Solutions and Advanced Security
  2. Sales experience in Professional and Managed IT services
  3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  4. Self-motivation, competitiveness, objection handling, and attention to detail
  5. Proficiency with spreadsheets
  6. Ability to translate prospect needs and influence their decision-making
  7. Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
  8. Adaptable, personable and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  9. Ability to build rapport with contacts through phone calls and emails to understand where the prospect is in the buying cycle
