Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)

The prevailing belief is that we must achieve information dominance with our command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) operations. These operations require hundreds, possibly thousands, of systems scattered across military services, to be connected for the purpose of information sharing. The ability to deliver information in a secure, timely and accurate way is at the crux of being able to make critical decisions in real time. The United States Joint Armed Forces require the ability to "see first, understand first, act first and finish decisively."

CSPI FastCluster products with large-scale connectivity and formidable processing power are ideally suited as an enabling technology for these programs. Network centric warfare requires a system that features adaptability, an open systems approach, a compact footprint, and a modular, scalable design with an integrated network architecture capable of collecting, analyzing, reporting and disseminating large amounts of data to and from a variety of sources in real-time.
