Massachusetts Network Communications Council
Investors Conference
on June 1, 2005

BILLERICA, Massachusetts, May 10, 2005 - CSP Inc. (NASDAQ: CSPI) today announced that Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Alexander R. Lupinetti will address attendees at the 12th Annual Massachusetts Network Communications Council Investors Conference on Wednesday, June 1, 2005. The conference will be held at the Westin Copley Place Hotel, Boston.

Lupinetti will provide an overview of the Company's business and future outlook. Company representatives may also discuss recent business and financial trends influencing the substantial growth in sales of IT integration solutions and high-performance cluster computers.
